This full upfit and renovation took place at Carolina Beach. What we really loved about this project was preserving and finishing the original hardwood floors! It also included full kitchen renovation and renovations on all bathrooms. Of course we came in and did fresh paint on walls and trim to give the space a cool open feel!
Wilmington Townhome Renovation

This renovation got this great Wilmington townhome ready for sale. Upgrade included new flooring, paint and trim as well as kitchen renovation and two bathrooms! The bright and open white & grey color pallet really made this townhome feel large and open!
Intercoastal Full Renovation

This was a full renovation and addition to an inter-coastal home. This job focused on opening up the space and bringing in natural light. We were able to transform the floor plan into a bright airy space. We did a complete sun room addition, and transformed a sectioned off formal dining room into a guest bedroom with closet and full bath. We renovated the kitchen with the highest quality up-fits which included custom quartz countertops, stainless steel smart appliances, and custom backsplash. We laid in new hardwood floors to entire first floor, fresh paint, and shiplap in the living room to finish the space!
Wilmington Townhome Renovation

After hurricane Florence ravished the North Carolina coastline in 2018 many Wilmington locals were left with severe damage to their homes and businesses. LTNeal was able to work on many of the hurricane repairs to help to get families and businesses back to normal life. One project we worked on was a home with severe damage due to a fallen tree through their roof as well as water damage from rain and flooding. This involved structural repair on the roof and damaged interior as well as strict precaution to strip down interior to avoid permaent water damage and mold. During the course of the repair we also were able to make many upgrades through full remodels on the living room, master bedroom and master bath. We brought in new hardware flooring throughout, fresh paint, custom trim, and more!
